I recently booked a trip with Green Book Vacations and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Their customer service was top-notch and they went above and beyond to ensure that all my travel needs were met. From the moment I reached out to inquire about their services, the travel agent Tiffany Crockett was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. She took the time to listen to my preferences and provided me with a range of options that suited my budget and interests. The booking process was seamless and hassle-free. She took care of all the details, from arranging flights and accommodations. She provided me with a detailed itinerary that was well-organized and easy to follow. During my trip, everything went according to plan. The accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located, and the transportation arrangements were reliable. The tours and activities they recommended were exceptional, allowing me to immerse myself in the local culture and explore the must-see attractions.

I have booked through Green book a total of 3x. Teneka is extremely professionally. Every trip has gone smoothly. I've had some horror stories with travel agencies in the past so it is a relief to know I can relax, know that everything is taken care of and truly enjoy my vacation.

I’ve used Green Book for several trips and the customer service is always great! Teneka is very knowledgeable and always make sure all the details are handled.

Travel agent sent email for customs verification to email out of storage, when asked to resend to another email no communication was received. I would rather receive a response request could not be made than nothing at all. Pickup was late but overall it was a nice experience with the flight and the excursion’s. Poor communication, overpriced and limited selection of souvenirs.

Absolutely superb!!! Everything was perfect!! Very professional, great communication and quick response time. I am over a large social media group and this was my first time conducting business with Geeenbook Vacations!!! It will not be my last! Everything was so smooth, all the way down to the airport transfers. Even on the trip, this company was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had!!! On the trip we had a private yacht, and the day of the excursion the boat was having mechanical issue. Geeenbook handled it right away! I was so impressed and the yacht was amazing, with our own private chef!!!!! I told greenbook vacations I wanted personalized tumblers for each person, and I got it!! Everything I wanted was achieved!!! From now on all my group trips will be handled by Greenbook Vacations!!!

First of all, I’ve heard of many people claiming to be travel agents, using travel as a side business/gig, when asked a question, they look like a deer in headlights! I can assure you, what Green Book Vacations are, is, and what they’ll always be are true to the business, make it their mission to ensure you and everyone around you have EVERYTHING you need, could ask for, and then some. From the word GO, they were responsive, consistent, interactive, and honest. Not one thing I requested didn’t receive their touch. I appreciated how the company prioritized using the local community to provide support and services; they too, were consummate professionals and clearly “understood the assignment.” They took very good care of us without hesitation. This trip was great. We had transportation setup round trip that went really smooth. I've made some changes prior to my trip and when I went to check in everything was perfect even with the last minute changes I made to my itinerary. Whenever I had a question or concern I would email and get a reply right away. I would definitely recommend. (Ms Hughey was my contact person)

Dubai has always been a location on my bucket list. Thankfully, Teneka made it happen! I commend her swift takeover when our travel agent sadly passed away. Her communication was efficient and effective. In person, she is an absolute vibe. Loved all the excursions she chose. She handled every hiccup that happened on the trip professionally. Great quality customer service. From beginning to end , Teneka was professional and proficient. We had to do a last minute destination change due to COVID. All changes were seamless including airline and hotel and ground transportation . When we arrived in Vegas Our “Limo” was waiting to take us to our destinations.
